Shipping - Standard Delivery

Heynemo orders take approximately 3-7 days for delivery after purchase, but the delivery time frame for your individual order may differ depending on your date of purchase. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link associated with your specific order.

Due to the unique size of our sofa, one sofa set may be shipped in multiple boxes. If you only receive some of them, please be patient and wait for the rest, sometimes they are sent from different warehouses and will arrive in different days.

Before Your Delivery

Once your items leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number (if available).
